We want you to feel the ultimate comfort of your Lola Blanket, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, blankets must be free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Blanket

Carefully fold your blanket and place it back into its original box or a similar protective mailer to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

Print and Attach Label

Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
